At Mark42 Digital Solution, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    1.1 Service Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email or official communication channels.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of work to be considered for any refund.

Once the service has started, cancellation will not stop ongoing work or payment obligations.

1.2 Service Cancellation by Mark42 Digital Solution

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:

The client fails to make payments on time

The client violates our Terms & Conditions

Required information or access is not provided despite repeated requests

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

  1. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided once the service has commenced, as digital marketing services involve time, resources, and strategic planning.

Payments made for setup fees, strategy planning, ad account setup, content creation, or consultation are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved (at our sole discretion), it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

  1. Monthly & Retainer Services

Monthly or retainer-based services must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Failure to cancel within this period will result in charges for the upcoming cycle, with no refund applicable.

  1. Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Mark42 Digital Solution is not responsible for refunds issued or denied by third-party platforms.

  1. Project-Based Services

For one-time or project-based services, partial refunds are not applicable once work has started.

If a project is canceled before initiation, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation charges.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or billing errors, subject to internal review and approval.

Mark42 Digital Solution reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once published on our website or communicated to clients.
